These downpipes increased power noticeably in the mid range (stock tune) and added a deeper tone with no extra drone introduced at all. Not to mention the pops and the new turbo sounds are awesome.
I have been driving around on a stock tune while i wait for my Sonictuned kit comes in the mail. No Check engine lights or overboost issues, although i would highly recommend a tune when messing with downpipes. Ive intentionally have been driving the car easier and staying away from redline pulls or long 4th gear high rpm pulls to avoid any issues.
